In rare situations, if you received a defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately with pictures of the product as well as your order information and email, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the defect, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

What is the proper mounting height of the garden hose reel?
We would like to assure you that the installation height has no effect on the performance of the machine. However, it does affect the buyer's comfort level during use.
With this in mind, we sincerely recommend that the installation of the machine at a suitable height for comfortable use, a height consistent with the user's height or at the same level is considered ideal for an enjoyable and convenient experience.
We truly care about your satisfaction and want to make sure you are comfortable using the machine.
Can you adjust the spring tension?

How do l change the hose?
Long hose can not be replaced, the inlet pipe can be replaced
What is the spacing of the mounting bolts?
Don't worry, we provide you with the punch template, you just need to stick the template on the place you want to punch the hole
Is the nozzle replaceable?
Yes, the nozzle on our garden hose reels is replaceable., And you can buy standard nozzle from oficial channels for replacement. Please read the
instructions before using and use original accessories if possible.
